Enigma
[edit]Stachiewicz made the command decision to disclose the Biuro Szyfrów's cryptanalysis of the Enigma to the British and French intelligence services, a few weeks before Germany invaded Poland in 1939. That disclosure changed the course of the whole war and might well have been impossible if postponed to after the invasion. It's mentioned in the article Tadeusz Pełczyński. The incident also seems worth mentioning in Stachiewicz's biography. 67.122.211.178 (talk) 23:38, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
