Talk about a serious need for a clean-up. Stiles 00:04, 18 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why is the Z104 radio entry redirecting to a new WXGG location but with info only about the old Z104? Are we supposed to combine the old Z104 entry with info about the new WXGG (a.k.a. George 104) adult hits station? Should I assume that the now departed classical WGMS (FM) as a 70 or so year legacy will retain its own entry for historical purposes? Fair use rationale for Image:Z104.jpg

[edit]

Image:Z104.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Hey...=

[edit]

I've listened to 104.1 after the transition, and I think it's currently being aired as Z-104 in Madison, Wisconsin (With pre-teen and teenager hits), not as Praise 104.1. I'm just saying, because I listen to that station almost EVERY DAY. This is ChocolateCakeYum!!, not logged in, because I forgot my password... 97.83.169.165 (talk) 01:24, 5 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Merge Discussion

[edit]

Putting one here since there is a mention of it in the WPRS Article Alerts. Raymie has proposed merging WWZZ into WPRS-FM. - NeutralhomerTalk • 18:13 on January 13, 2020 (UTC)

  • Oppose: The WWZZ page has the history for both WWZZ and WWVZ. WWVZ is now WTLP and part of the tri-mulcast of WTOP-FM, owned by Hubbard Broadcasting. WWZZ is now WPRS and owned by Radio One. The histories were need to be "untangled" and then a merge could be done. But not until then. - NeutralhomerTalk • 18:13 on January 13, 2020 (UTC)
