The Bradshaw - Mero match went to four rounds.Halbared (talk) 21:59, 17 November 2017 (UTC)
Williams got his injuries from getting knocked out, and not falling properly
[edit]The myth that he was fighting injured was introduced by Jim Cornette. Williams was legitimately knocked out, and because he didn't land on the mat(definitely not a trampoline) as he had been trained to do, he tore and twisted muscles etc. from the impact of the fall.
This article makes it look as though he was fighting with muscle tears, and Gunn took advantage of that situation.
Severn "didn't have anything to prove"?
[edit]Multiple people involved at the time have stated the reason he withdrew..he saw what happened to Steve Williams, and he feared something similar(or worse) could happen to him. So, he withdrew from the tournament. This article is trying to protect a "legitimate badass" image that has been non-existent since the day he tucked his tail, and ran away from his fight with 2 Cold Scorpio.
Wording Changes
[edit]Brawl for All resulted in a number of legit injuries for WWF performers and has garnered criticism
Change 'Legit' to 'Legitimate', it sounds more professional. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.73.227.23 (talk) 14:22, 13 January 2022 (UTC)
- Done, thanks. — Czello 14:23, 13 January 2022 (UTC)
