something missing?

[edit]

World Tenpin Bowling Association (WTBA) website has the following championships:
World Tenpin Bowling Championships for Men, Once every fourth year, Next time 2014 Site to be decided
World Tenpin Bowling Championships for Women, Once every fourth year, Next time 2015 Site to be decided
World Tenpin Bowling Championships - men and women, Once every fourth year, Next time 18 – 31 August 2013 in Henderson (Las Vegas), Nevada, USA
World Single Championships - men and women, Once every fourth year, Next time 18 – 26 September 2012 in Limassol, Cyprus
This article seems to cover the first two of these, and they would have changed from being every second year to every fourth year. Though, men's & women's championship were contested at same place & time until 2003 (according to the article). Are these starting again or what are those? And then there's the "World Single Championships". Are the formats changing or are these just missing? 85.217.23.66 (talk) 19:43, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

And, currently, section Previous & future championships does not have any "future" championships, since 2011 is latest on that list. 82.141.127.125 (talk) 03:50, 26 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

And now, the only mention about championships after 2021 is "The above-mentioned four-year cycles will be repeated for the 2022-2025 cycles, and so on." 86.115.103.204 (talk) 14:18, 6 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

2012 championships and Men/Women vs Men & Women

[edit]

The 2012 "Single" Championships are yet to be mentioned. Is there a article about them? If yes, it should on the "See also" section, since it is under WTBA and is a World Championship.
And does anyone know the difference between a single-gender and combined championships? They have never before been simultaneously active events. I mean, when the championships became separate, the combined ones ended. 85.217.34.67 (talk) 12:26, 5 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
