I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Fair use rationale added to all images

I have added approproate fair use rationales to each of the logo images used in this article, even the ones that had not yet been tagged. (I also removed the tags, where appropriate.) This should stave off any automated removal of these valuable and illustrative historical logos. - Dravecky 20:28, 28 September 2007 (UTC)

Rush/Art/Clear Channel

There was no prohibition per se against these shows running on non-Clear Channel stations. However, Clear Channel, parent company of Premiere Radio Networks, which distributes these two shows, did place them on a station under their ownership in the Madison market after yanking them from WTDY.
