I don't think it is owned by ICBC.

According to the website under "Contest Rules" in the website page footer it lists "BACKYARD BROADCASTING MISSISSIPPI LICENSEE, LLC".
If you goto the FCC website it too lists "BACKYARD BROADCASTING MISSISSIPPI LICENSEE, LLC" ( http://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/fmq?call=WRXW ).
And likewise if you goto the FCC website and goto ( http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/prod/cdbs/pubacc/prod/own_list.pl?Facility_id=6212 ) and click "get Data" again it lists "BACKYARD BROADCASTING MISSISSIPPI LICENSEE, LLC" as current owner.
So basically what was it that says ICBC owns this station?

ICBC acquired WRXW last summer.
