  • "Names and Notes". The Free Lance-Star. Fredericksburg, VA. April 13, 2008. Retrieved January 27, 2011. Telemedia Broadcasting on Lafayette Boulevard announces the addition of Kristin Nash as its midday host on WGRQ 95.9 FM. She also will do live onsite broadcasts and provide a daily feature called "Down Music Row" on station WGRX Thunder 104.5. She was formerly with WFLS in Fredericksburg for eight years.
  • Warner, Dan (October 4, 2009). "From Cape Coral, she is on the air ... in Virginia". The News-Press. Fort Myers, FL. Retrieved January 27, 2011. Confessed news junkie Sheila Quinn rises from her bed shortly before 4 a.m., walks three steps to a desk, flips on a huge microphone and a laptop computer and prepares to broadcast the day's news over the radio. Quinn's six daily broadcasts come complete with what she calls happy talk, merry banter, at times laced with double entendres, with two disc jockeys in Virginia -- one at station WGRQ, 95.9, a Golden Oldies (circa '60s and '70s) music station and sister station WGRX, 104.5, a country classics station.
