Rationale for deletion of disambiguation page
[edit]Per the WP:Disambig page, "If only a primary topic and one other topic require disambiguation, then disambiguation links are sufficient, and a disambiguation page is unnecessary." Since the radio station call letters are the primary identification and the acronym for a conference held under the guidance of the International Union of Soil Sciences is a secondary identification, a hat note is sufficient and requires no more steps than would a disambiguation page for people seeking the World Congress of Soil Science. - Dravecky (talk) 02:01, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
- I was seeking a page about "Within-cluster sum of squares" and was disappointed not to get to a disambiguation page. XApple (talk) 13:36, 17 June 2010 (UTC)
- I was also seeking a page about within-cluster sum of squares. Sauer202 (talk) 11:32, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
AM Stereo
[edit]I have a hunch this station is broadcasting in C-QUAM AM Stereo. My Sony WM-FX1 occasionally picks up the pilot tone and opens up the audio space, however only at night it seems. I have a Sansui S-X1130 that immediately locked into the apparent stereo pilot, and opened up the audio. Unfortunately, it seems the AM side of that receiver has died right after, so I am unable to properly test at this time.
I would like to include this station in the list of AM Stereo stations, however the interference at night is such that I cannot keep a consistent lock on any stereo signal. -- astralentity (talk • contribs) 15:01, 7 May 2016 (UTC)
