Article Title

Hi! I wanted to point out, before anyone tries to "simplify" the title, that the numbers at the end are necessary disambiguation information. As you can read in the background section, a previous bill by this title (of 2012 versus of 2013) was introduced in another Congress (thus the need for "113th Congress"). A previous bill by this same title was also introduced in the same Congress, thus the need for the bill number. Congress reuses names all the time, so it's important to specify which bill is under discussion. Thanks! HistoricMN44 (talk) 16:07, 28 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
