US-Centric view

- The same thought occurred to me, when reading the claim in the first section that a voice vote is 'the usual method of voting on any motion that does not require more than a majority vote for its adoption'. I think voice votes are rather unusual in Europe. Rather bizarre to use that method for official decisions. I only know that the winner of a not very serious music contest was decided that way.
