Cleanup
[edit]Disambiguation pages are for disambiguating between multiple articles with the same name, not defining every meaning of a term. Therefore, in accordance with policy, I removed entries that did not have articles if it was uncertain that they would ever have an article. I also added an entry, expanded several entries and corrected the formatting of many entries.
