1868 Harvard Discovery
[edit]Per the London Times Illustrated newspaper, dated January 2, 1869, it claims that a "Professor Winloch, of Harvard University, reports that he has SEEN a volcano in active eruption in the moon during the nights of Dec. 1 and 2." Would this be another example of shine from the sun?
