The page for journalist Viveca Novak is outdated.

Suggested language: Viveca Novak is an American journalist and the investigative editor at McClatchy DC. Previously she was the editorial director at the Center for Responsive Politics, and before that was a Washington correspondent for Time and The Wall Street Journal. She has been a frequent guest on CNN, NBC, PBS and other radio and tv outlets.

(next graf and rest of entry is fine)

Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Newshunters (talkcontribs) 20:37, 19 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Newshunter74, ‎ the problem with this request and with the historical version of the article is that these statements have no WP:Reliable sources. This is a biography of a living person as the banner at the top of this talk page declares. I am adding the link to our policy from above. Please click through and read WP:BLP, as well as the one on reliable sources. We very strictly adhere to verifying statements put forward as fact, as actually able to be factually checked through references. So what this article is getting now (and already needed) is a maintenance tag calling for more proof through reliable sources. Please return if you can provde any to support what you are suggesting to change. Meanwhile, the article is not fine. The subjects named in the article are truly in the public spotlight. Thanks for your interest. Fylbecatulous talk 14:26, 21 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
