New article drafting

Hi! I would love some help in drafting and bringing this new article up to the stage that it is ready for review. It would be great to fill this gap. I am also posted to WP:MED. I chose sources based on WP:MEDRS. There are quite a few others available so I think that this would be a fairly straight forward project to expand. Thanks for helping!
