if town Managed by Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) than Vithalwadi comes under Kalyan 2017 Edit
if town Managed by Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation (UMC) than Vithalwadi comes under Ulhasnagar 2018 Edit
