Worst air quality in US
[edit]Would be nice to add that it got the most polluted city air award in 2016. difficult to see what is wrong with this page except the following; I diminished the intoduction by half and created a oak entry! Dilane 05:41, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
Pronunciation
[edit]The IPA pronunciation states that the name of the city should be pronounced /vɪˈseɪljə/, with the first I being sounded as the I in "fish". As a local, I know this is incorrect, and that the correct pronunciation is /vaɪˈseɪljə/, with a long I. I have no idea how to cite this, though. -TheContralto (talk) 03:03, 3 March 2010 (UTC)

Visalia Ransacker
[edit]I'm surprised there isn't a mention of this in the history section. I think that era is notable in the town's history, particularly in light of the direct connection to the recently captured Golden State Killer. Hamster Sandwich (talk) 03:13, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
- My mistake, I found the sentence, and the link in the text where the incidents are described. Hamster Sandwich (talk) 03:40, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
