[edit]
  1. Is it reasonably well written?
  • Well scribed. Link to Virabhadra is essential, so a good inclusion.

Added.
  • Link 3 is a brilliant reference.
Thank you.

Etymology and origins

[edit]
  1. Is it reasonably well written?
  • This section is good, breaks up the compound names and gives explanation.
  • Thank you.

Mythology

[edit]
  1. Is it reasonably well written?
  • Well, there are various forms of that myth. An earlier link on this page indicates that Sati she set herself ablaze by her inner yogāgni, and this explanation is inconsistent (with this section). How we might improve on this?
    • Mm, yes, we don't really want to go any deeper into all that here. I've added "One version of the myth...", which probably says all that is needed as background for Virabhadrasana.
  • The three asana poses are well explained in this section, along with the image.
    • Thank you.
  • It is most interesting that Virabhadra has 10 arms.
    • Noted.

Description

[edit]
  1. Is it reasonably well written?
  • Inclusive, takes in vinasya and the two Suryanamaskara poses.
  • Asanas are somewhat difficult to describe in text, well done.
  • Thank you.

Variations

[edit]
  1. Is it reasonably well written?
  • Reverse warrior poses well resourced.
  • Variations are well linked; explanations are good.
  • Thank you.
