On Aragonese Wikipedia, it says: "Violant y Chaime I tenioron quatre fillos y cinco fillas". Quatre and cinco does not make ten, does it? --Ehitaja (talk) 08:52, 17 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
No, it doesn't. Looking at a variety of references, it's evident that there is some debate as to how many children, number of boys vs. girls, and birth years and birth order. It may also be based on whether the reference is citing total children, or the number alive at the time (as in the cases of James and Violant's wills).
