[edit]This article seems to be heavily weighted with praise and far from neutral in tone. -- Whpq 22:35, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
I changed the headings to be more encyclopedic in tnoe. The section "Family and early life" needs to be tightened. RJFJR 16:26, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
- I've tightened the section, mostly by removing unreferenced material that wasn't particularly relevant to the topic. --Gimme danger 04:52, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
I've removed much of the laudatory language from the article. Crusader isn't a word I expect to find in an encyclopedia unless it's referencing a medieval knight in the Middle East. However, in doing so I was forced to remove some information from the article either because I couldn't think of ways to rephrase sentences in neutral language or because sentences were vague. So, I took out a lot of vague, biased material, but much of that ought to be added back. It's clear that this gentleman is indeed a man to admire, but even after reading the article carefully I'm not quite sure exactly what he has done. Perhaps someone with more knowledge of India and the situation could try to expand the article in neutral language. I've changed the rating of this article from B-class to start-class. It definitely has potential, but needs work before reaching B-class. Primarily, I think, the article needs to be referenced and expanded.
And, completely off-topic, what does charge-sheeted mean? It seems to be an Indian English term that I've never encountered before. Naturally, the article should be in Indian English, but I would hesitate to use a term that doesn't seem to be standard usage, even in that dialect. --Gimme danger 04:52, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
This is about tag cleanup. As all of the tags are more than a year old, there is no current discussion relating to them, and there is a great deal of editing done since the tags were placed, they will be removed. This is not a judgement of content. If there is cause to re-tag, then that of course may be done, with the necessary posting of a discussion as to why, and what improvements could be made. This is only an effort to clean out old tags, and permit them to be updated with current issues if warranted.Jjdon (talk) 18:36, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
