Organize the page
[edit]I think we need to list the VDCs in a separate page as List of VDCs of Nepal and write about the administrative unit of VDC in this page.--Eukesh (talk) 12:31, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
By all means expand the information about the adminstrative unit but at present we don't need to split. If you expand it we'll see at a later date if it needs splitting The Bald One White cat 12:49, 9 December 2008 (UTC)

Village Development Committee (Nepal) → Village Development Committee — I don't think there is any need to append (Nepal) on the end of the article name as there is nothing to disambiguate from. I don't think there are any other VDCs in any other countries. Pahari Sahib 07:50, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
- Agreed — IAW WP:DAB. This shouldn't be a controversial move.
— V = I * R (talk) 09:20, 15 August 2009 (UTC)- I've been bold and just moved it. This should really be uncontroversial since there's no naming conflict. Possible disagreement can be expressed on my talk page, preferbly in all caps and numerous profanities. Jafeluv (talk) 10:40, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
Indragufa community development foundation
[edit]I removed the sentence below from the Organization section because it wasn't clear what it had to do with VDCs. It doesn't appear to be directly related to a local VDC or even to a district.
- "Indragufa community development foundation is working for the community support programme with the support of ICIMOD, UNDP/SGP, Empower Nepal Foundation (US), and Michigan State University (US) since 1999."
