Capitalisation

Should "Encephalomyelitis" be capitalised here? I don't know about this particular condition, but other pages follow this pattern such as Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis and Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. I've created a redirect from Viliuisk encephalomyelitis for now anyway. Neurotip (talk) 20:12, 26 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
