I think you're right. There was another significant book of his, but I've never read it because it's never been translated from Russian to my knowledge (and my Russian isn't that good), and I couldn't remember the title...I saw "Aurora Borealis" on a google search and figured that was it. Here's what I get from the google preview + snippet view of page 17 of the book which says it has the two titles:

"Victor Muravin belongs to the first generation of Russians to have been brought up entirely under Stalinism.
