Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here) --202.56.197.66 (talk) 08:15, 30 November 2015 (UTC) This article is about a place(village) and it is not referring to any person or company. There are important place which are linked to this place.
Accuracy?
[edit]What is the name of this village? "Vijayapuri (South)" as in the title, or "VijayPuri south" (no "a" before the "p") as in the text? PamD 20:32, 2 December 2015 (UTC)
reference
[edit]This page should not be speedily deleted because... (your reason here) --Nareshgali (talk) 18:18, 4 December 2015 (UTC) The comment is right, this was a typo. Name should be Vijayapuri South ( my text has a missig 'a' in front of 'p'). For this correction I referred official Indian government postal website. When I searched with pin code, it gave me the text "Vijayapuri South". This is the reference. Also, it is referred in official website of Indian census. [1]
Questions
[edit]There are a few things I am not quite sure I understand.
- "Andhra Pradesh Residential Junior College, Andhra Pradesh, is situated in this village."
- Is there any reason for repeating the "Andhra Pradesh"?
- "Though it is often referred to as Nagarjuna sagar, the official location is Vijayapuri south."
- I just added the "to" because it sounds more like English to me, but I may be totally wrong about that. I don't really understand what the sentence is supposed to mean. The Junior College is referred to as "Nagarjuna sagar"? Why? And what does that mean?
- And what does that have to do with its location? Is "Nagarjuna sagar" a place name? In that case, "referred to" would probably be the wrong verb altogether.
