Naming: Vigilant Association of Philadelphia vs Philadelphia Vigilance Committee

I'm trying to understand if the Philadelphia Vigilance Committee and the Vigilant Association of Philadelphia are two different entities or the same body. There are lots more references to the Philadelphia Vigilance Committee on Wiki than Vigilant Association of Philadelphia.
