Fake City
[edit]Ran across this article by chance. There is no such city or town of "Viera". This article seems to be written about an artificial corporate "town", with all the makings of a commercialized "community" made up out of whole cloth. The entire enterprise appears to exist to line the pockets of a shadow entity known as "The Viera Company". The sourcing is poor, and content of the article appears to be a direct cut-and-past from various sections the Company's website. The bulk of this article serves as one entire commercial advertisement, and should be nominated for speedy deletion. Any useful and non-commercial information can be added to the page for Brevard County Florida. 64.134.179.59 (talk) 19:00, 15 November 2014 (UTC)NaturalWarrior
- No. This is a neighborhood of Melbourne, Florida. Division by neighborhoods is common in larger cities.
- Having said that, I've tried to rm blatant WP:SPAM. Please change or challenge other material you see that violates that. Thanks. Student7 (talk) 01:10, 22 November 2014 (UTC)

Why no Demographics section?
[edit]Could the absence of a demographics section be related to the claims that this is not a municipality but a corporate development? Notice: no population, no notes on the social, gender or income mix of the development. Is this even recognized by the Census?Dogru144 (talk) 22:34, 14 October 2021 (UTC)
- It consists of two separate CDPs, an East and a West, which have respective demographics. I agree, it doesn’t make sense for this article to lack them completely. ZsinjTalk 13:06, 13 January 2024 (UTC)
