Vienna? Why "Vienna"?

Yeah this is all well and fine, but where does the "Vienna" come from? What does this beef have to do with Vienna or Austria? Is there some particular type of cow from Austria that is involved?

The company was founded by two Austro-Hungarian immigrants. Maybe they just wanted a bit of nostalgia. Here is a helpful history of the company on their website [1]. - Burpelson AFB ✈ 15:12, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
