Article name change

I propose changing the name of the article to Victorian Railways narrow-gauge goods vehicles. The railways always used the term "goods" in the era of these vehicles and the Puffing Billy Railway still uses this term rather than "freight", which is a much later term, possibly seen as an Americanism.
