Image:VictorRatnayakeSitar.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Be aware of persondata

This subject has accurately been categorized under Category:living people and therefore be aware of the accuracy of persondata.
@LilHelpa: I've noted that someone logged-in using IP address 101.103.165.123 had added false information on this article claiming that the subject is disagreed with the category Category:living people without introducing any reliable sources. I'm a new user and have no knowledge enough to take any action regardless letting wikipedians know the circumstances. Please advise us. Thank you. Lkwikie (talk) 11:21, 10 January 2015 (UTC)
