Same Person as the Author?
[edit]Somebody please take a look at The Service of the Sword. Is this Victor Mitchell the same or different than the co-author (with John Ringo) of the short story "A Ship Named Francis"?
- ISFDB lists only that one publication for Mitchell and provides no biographical data but
- John Ringo at the Internet Speculative Fiction Database is unusually informative concerning co-author (born 1963) --including email and web links.
- Our John Ringo#Published works does not credit any co-author!

Robot's going too far.
[edit]I suspect the robot tacked on the speedy deletion notice after I added this language to the beginning:
NOTE:- This person may or may not be the same Victor Mitchell who is the co-author (with John Ringo) of "A Ship Named Francis"...TO BE DETERMINED.
I see nothing wrong with the original page, and I think the programmer of the speedy deletion robot needs to tweak it. I tried to add the "{hangon}" tag, but I could not find it. LP-mn (talk) 23:50, 2 April 2009 (UTC) tweaked my commentLP-mn (talk) 23:56, 2 April 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion is removed. No need to worry.--gordonrox24 (talk) 00:19, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
