- I´m sorry for (mis)using this part of article, but the part above is uneditable. Victor Kugler was born in town VRCHLABÍ in what is today the Czech republic! The town was called Hohenelbe in the time when Bohemia was a part of Austro-Hungarian Empire. Is it possible to do it up? Tnanx a lot! lukesey@yahoo.com
