Page Creation

Continuing my work on Colorado coal mining stuff. There's plenty more information out there on this company. However, much of it is buried in more academic texts as well as sources that are not digitized. If you can help, please do. I suggest expanding what is here by researching using the alternate names of the company ("Victor Fuel", etc.) as well as barking up and tree that has John C.
