Make VC and VCS different pages

I believe this article is misleading/confusing because in some paragraphs it talks about "a vice chair" as if there was only one (like the first paragraph) and in others it talks about the presence of both vice chairs (regular and supervision). The positions are very very different and I believe they should each be given their own page. Kalebbn (talk) 03:10, 2 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
