As this article is actually a list, it fails the "What cannot be a good article?" section of the GA criteria. Consider nominating this for Featured list status instead. Some other notes:

• Avoid links in the boldface of the lead per MOS:BOLDLINK.

• "on the recommendations of" should be singular, not plural.
