[edit]This certainly needs some expansion, probably from off-line sources, I've tapped most of what I can I can from on-line sources. There's at least one source which conflicts the generally reliably-sourced claim that Vic was the first HRC head, I'm guessing the problem is that there's some definitional issue of when the organization started, and whether it became a new organization after the merger with GRNL. --joe deckertalk to me 19:37, 16 May 2012 (UTC)
