- What I think should be changed: I think the following new event should be added to the history section beneath "Partnership With Great Hill Partners":
Acquisition of DadeSystems On April 18, 2022, Versapay announced it has completed its acquisition of U.S.-based fintech company DadeSystems. DadeSystems has been a long-term technology partner of Versapay, offering their flagship product, DadePay, to automate cash application.
- Why it should be changed: Versapay's Wikipedia page hasn't been updated since 2020. Since then, important events have happened that are a key part of the history timeline and will provide more information to users.

- Specific text to be added or removed: Acquisiton of DadeSystems
On April 18, 2022, Versapay announced it has completed its acquisition of U.S.-based fintech company DadeSystems. DadeSystems has been a long-term technology partner of Versapay, offering their flagship product, DadePay, to automate cash application.
- Reason for the change: Versapay's History section hasn't been updated since 2020. Since 2020, important historical events have happened that aren't currently reflected on Versapay's Wikipedia page. Versapay acquired fintech company, DadeSystems in 2022. This was a significant historical event and the update will provide more information to users.

- Done since this seems to have been a major transaction for the company. However, the entire history section is a mess and, if it wasn't already formatted that way, I would not have added it in as a separate heading. This should close all outstanding edit requests on this page, thank you for your patience. Rusalkii (talk) 03:21, 20 August 2024 (UTC)

- What I think should be changed:Add the following news event:
Carey O’Connor Kolaja Announced as CEO On March 7, 2023, Versapay announced the appointment of Carey O’Connor Kolaja as its Chief Executive Officer. Carey O’Connor Kolaja is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Carey O’Connor Kolaja brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the financial services and payments industry with a broad and successful background in profitably scaling companies and developing robust company culture.
- Why it should be changed: Versapay's news section hasn't been updated since 2020. Since then, key historical Versapay events have happened. On March,7th, 2023, Carey O'Conner Kolaja became Versapay's new CEO. The current Wikipedia page doesn't have any information on Carey O'Conner Kolaja as Versapay's present-day CEO. This new information will be helpful for readers.

- Partly done: Her responsibilities are entirely normal for a CEO and unnecessary here. The last sentence is pure marketing fluff. I've added a sentence about her being appointed CEO to the leadership section. Rusalkii (talk) 23:24, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
Edit request for Versapay's page

- What I think should be changed (include citations): I recommend we change the Headquarters section from Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Miami, Florida, United States.
- Why it should be changed: This should be changed because Versapay is no longer headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It's now headquartered in Miami, Florida, United States.

- What I think should be changed:
Change from: Versapay (previously VersaPay) is a Canadian financial technology company that specializes in account receivable software. It was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol VPY between January 2010 and February 2020 when it was acquired by private equity firm Great Hill Partners for $126 million.
To: Versapay (previously VersaPay) is a North American financial technology company headquartered in Miami, Florida. Versapay specializes in accounts receivable automation, cash application, and digital payment processing software for mid-size businesses and enterprises. It was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol VPY between January 2010 and February 2020 when it was acquired by private equity firm Great Hill Partners for $126 million.
- Why it should be changed: Versapay changed its headquarters from Toronto, Canada to Miami, Florida and is now a North American company. The updated location information, as well as the additional information about what Versapay specializes in will provide more accurate and comprehensive information to users.

- Done , mostly. Couldn't find "payment processors" in the source and "enterprises" seems redundant. Rusalkii (talk) 06:11, 18 August 2024 (UTC)
