Notice, this article will be moved for disambiguation purposes
[edit]I'm working on a page for the recent Verizon v. FCC January 14, 2014 court case. Once it's ready I plan on making a disambiguation page for "Verizon Communications Inc. v. Federal Communications Commission". I will then move this page to "Verizon Communications Inc. v. Federal Communications Commission(2002)" and my newly created page will live at "Verizon Communications Inc. v. Federal Communications Commission(2014)". The disambiguation page will then link to both of them. I plan on doing this in the next 2-3 days so please let me know if this is problematic. Amcconachie (talk) 22:52, 28 February 2014 (UTC)
Progress so far
[edit]Hey! You've got a good start going with this. If it expands a little more in the next few days, it should be eligible for appearing on the "Did You Know" section of Wikipedia's main page. One thing I notice early is that it seems to be largely based on primary sources. Looking into news coverage of this case will probably help establish more context. Keep up the good work!--Sage Ross - Online Facilitator, Wikimedia Foundation (talk) 17:37, 29 March 2011 (UTC)

Notes
[edit]We are adding content based on individual sources so we may have different directions. Once compiled information, I will set the structure, for example: history/background, ruling, notes, etc. J Komara (talk) 23:06, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- That sounds like a good plan. Let me know if you need help or advice on anything.--Sage Ross - Online Facilitator, Wikimedia Foundation (talk) 00:12, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
Currently working on content and structure, need to update links with appropriate citation. J Komara (talk) 13:12, 7 April 2011 (UTC)
Updating sidebar
[edit]Just to let you know, the sidebar I sent was from another article, you need to fill in the appropriate elements specific to the Verizon case. We can talk about this in the lab. Jaobar (talk) 15:26, 7 April 2011 (UTC)
coming along
[edit]Nice work with the recent expansions of this article. I assume it's still being worked on actively, as there are some parts that are just hanging without enough context and empty sections. But just let me know when it's at a point that you want some detailed feedback on it, and I'll give it a close review.--Sage Ross - Online Facilitator, Wikimedia Foundation (talk) 15:12, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
- Yes we have planned to just get the structure we want in and then fill it in on time. Shooting for this week for another content move which should hopefully have it looking full and ready. J Komara (talk) 19:51, 25 April 2011 (UTC)
progress
[edit]We are attempting to fill in the complete structure by this weeks end. I am not sure if we are still eligible for the DYK or other acknowledgments but wanted to let you know that it can be reviewed this coming week. J Komara (talk) 07:14, 30 April 2011 (UTC)
