External links modified
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Verio. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive http://web.archive.org/web/20070927021727/http://www.morganstanley.com/institutional/techresearch/pdfs/internet_data_services_part4.pdf to http://www.morganstanley.com/institutional/techresearch/pdfs/internet_data_services_part4.pdf
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}

Proposed merge with NTT Communications
it should be made with NTT Group instead NTT communications as one article. Light2021 (talk) 17:25, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose - Article text supported by Reference 3 and Reference 4 make clear Verio has restructured.
- Cogent Communications#Acquisition history states "December 2004 - Acquires NTT/Verio Dedicated Access Business in U.S." with supporting reference.
- Endurance International Group#Subsidiary brands lists Verio as subsidiary brand with supporting reference.
- FAQ http://verio-transition.com/faqs/#aquired answer states Endurance International Group acquired various customers and "Verio name".
The legal personality structure is left unstated. - I suggest the Endurance owned Verio brand become the future focus of this article which seems to be the most publicly visible surviving component.
