Can anyone provide a citation for this? It’s been there a while but I’m not sure it can be proven from any source. Sentiment seems to be going in the opposite direction i.e. that following some rule changes a few years ago VCTs are going to be taking more, not less, risk as they can no longer invest in asset-rich companies and renewable energy projects that benefit from subsidies / guaranteed income etc.
