VIP 2's Telugu version was filmed, not dubbed

In this interview, the author Sangeetha Devi Dundoo says, "Raghuvaran B Tech was a huge success in Telugu and suddenly, your older Tamil films were being dubbed and released" to which Dhanush replies, "Yes, that’s why I felt part two should be a straight Telugu film than a dubbed one." @Kailash29792:@Ab207: But all the other actor's portions are dubbed even Dhanush is not in lip sync in some scenes. Can the wording be changed to partially reshot?
