1998 bird specimens

I have a reference to specimen VI 9901 which is a putative charadriiform similar in habitus to a thick-knee. Though I probably put it into WP, I have not the slightest hint of a source. Google, as can be expected by such a generic code, turns up masses of hits but nothing useful.

Such a specimen would tie in most nicely into the emerging consensus of bird evolution. Dysmorodrepanis 22:28, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
