[edit]I've added some starter content to form the base of this new article. Additional links are needed, particularly to connect names of the programs and subsidiaries of this company to existing Wikipedia articles on them. I am surprised that despite reference of the parent company in the US District Court decision, news articles, the Penn and Teller documentary, and other sources dating to 2002 and prior, there is not an existing Wikipedia article on it nor any real mention of how its other programs and subsidiaries are linked to it within their respective articles. This article is a lot more about the controversies surrounding the company than the company itself. I've added the Emphasis tag to the article for that reason. The information in this article, as it is now, could easily be merged into Cheerleading#Competitions, companies and organisations and perhaps into the main Cheerleading or Title IX articles. As-is, I don't think it merits its own article. To stand on its own, it should have more information about the actual company and its activities (using more sources than just the P&T:BS episode).
