Is Yle talking about the same thing?

It would seem like it is. Both Yle and the other sources describe a form of migrant influenced form of Finnish spoken by school age children in this exact same suburb. That is true, but the contrast between the other sources' descriptions and Yle's description is pretty noticeable. Perhaps the other sources are talking about a specific form of Varissuomi? _WADroughtOfVowels^P 15:32, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
