Figure Description
[edit]"Flanking the repeats are segments of non-repetitive sequence (shown here as thin lines), allowing the VNTR blocks to be extracted with restriction enzymes and analyzed by RFLP, or amplified by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique and their size determined by gel electrophoresis." Does this make any sense to anyone? First, this paragraph is one long run-on sentence. Second, it is unintelligible. If I had time, I would try to decipher it, but I just don't right now. I just cannot understand how this came to be submitted like this. Jdevola (talk) 04:27, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
