Will start soon. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 12:05, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
Failing on account of the fact that the nominator is not a significant (or even minor) contributor to the article. @Catlemur: You are the main contributor for this article, so I thought I'd let you know about this, and suggest you nominate the article, as I think it could pass a review in its current state. I would be happy to take the review. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 23:49, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- Iazyges, I'm still bewildered on why you did not accept this article. According to the criteria, you do not have to be a significant contributor for the article to accepted to the good article status. 🌺Kori🌺 - (@) 03:29, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
- Per the GAN instructions page, "Nominators who are not significant contributors to the article should consult regular editors of the article on the article talk page prior to a nomination." You were neither a significant contributor nor did I find any evidence you consulted an editor of the page. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 15:03, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
- Iazyges I can nominate it if the only changes required are cosmetic, as I won't be able to expand the coverage.--Catlemur (talk) 13:47, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Catlemur: Yes, there's only a few changes in wording I'd suggest. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 15:03, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
- Iazyges Nominated.--Catlemur (talk) 16:07, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
- Iazyges & Catlemur, is there any benefit to having the review take place in a separate nomination (GA2 rather than GA1)? I would think the talk-page edit failing this nomination could simply be undone, and the review continued here now that Catlemur has offered to jump in. --Usernameunique (talk) 16:25, 21 April 2020 (UTC)≈
- Usernameunique & Catlemur, probably not; I've added the review below. Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 18:07, 22 April 2020 (UTC)
