Mineral Infobox

The first thing that I notice is that the infobox is not the purple color that is normally used for minerals. I may have missed any existing guidelines on this subject while looking for regulations on this but I haven't found any. Congratulations on the GA nomination lets hope it goes well. Rarity

In the opening paragraph it states that vanadinite is a "rare" mineral, while in the Origins section it is referred to as "uncommon". I would say that Uncommon is more accurate. While only 415 localities are listed in Mindat, several, notably Mibladene, Morocco, and the mines of Pima and Yuma county, Arizona, USA where extremely prolific producers. The article notes that Vanadinite forms a series with pyromorphite and mimetite. It should possibly also be noted that they are part of the greater apatite group? Kevmin 03:26, 10 June 2007 (UTC)
