Is VMM still relevant? The .gov links in Further Reading are all dead and the mainstay OMB-300 doesn't even mention VMM any more. I know some consulting firms advocated VMM extensively a decade ago, but that might be historical in IT terms. RSaunders (talk) 20:40, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
