wat more abt vas?
I won't lay hands on the article because of my different language background, but referring to both the German page on the subject and my own knowledge of the concept (mostly based on Booz, Allen & Hamilton 1995: “Zukunft Multimedia : Grundlagen, Märkte und Perspektiven in Deutschland”, IMK, Frankfurt a. M.), VAS are not limited to the mobile phone market and represent a significantly more fundamental concept: That of any service connected to a principal good, whether material or immaterial. If this is also the case in the English-speaking world, I'd suggest a rewrite. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.184.200.153 (talk) 20:20, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
Relevance of link?
[edit]I cannot see how the link "SMS GATEWAY of NEPAL. Publishes SLC RESULT NEPAL" is relevant to the article. To me it looks as if someone just put the link there to advertize the external site.
I would like to remove the link. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RalfBergs (talk • contribs) 15:46, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
This should not be removed; it should be expanded upon/recreated because the current definition is too narrow and should not redirect to VAS. This article should include companies like Facebook, Google, Apple, Amazon, etc. as they are now becoming known as "internet content providers".
