By comparing Valtonyc case with an old case related with ETA errorists not extradited by Belgium, the article seems to question belgium's justice. It is indeed what spaniard media did and therefore it is part of the case, nevertheless, other media in Spain and outside also widely questioned a specific spanish laws (ley mordaza) and juges of this case and even the court that is very specific to spain (the Audiendia Nacional created to replace the forme Spatial Court against freemasonry and comunism). Finaly, the Euroêan Court of Justice seems to back Valtonc case against Spain, which would mean that it would be a little strong to "use" this acticle to report only a specific point of view that questions belgium's justice.--Lembeye (talk) 13:52, 30 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
