I just started to put this article up this literally seconds before the contesting went up and haven't had time to finish my research. This novelist is very important to the genre of lesbian pulp fiction and gay/lesbian activism, and her inclusion provides one of the only unbroken author links a couple of other pages, like the one for Naiad Press. She was also a social activist and could be included prominently in articles about feminism, gay/lesbian activism, the Grey Panthers, the Quakers, and writers conferences. I did not get a chance to finish this article or add links to it from all the appropriate places, but I will do so or encourage others to. This writer is absolutely important. Cornell University maintains her papers. --Valereee13:47, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I reworded some things, added some important info, as well as moved some things around that were of sizable importance earlier into the article. I'm just astonished so little about her is recorded. I couldn't even find her obituary until I found the citation. She is extremely important, and so I am surprised this article isn't lengthier. Also, I had extreme trouble creating her infobox. Could someone possibly add it? It adds to her credibility too. --JR, 4:16, 3 March 2018.
