Hoping to fill the gaps i.e. create short articles women listed in The World's Billionaires by Forbes, 2018 list: The World's Billionaires, Women, 2018. To begin with, filling gaps of top-50 women listed. Bloomberg has similar Bloomberg Billionaires Index of top-500 billionaires in the World, with short bio included of most persons. I consider such persons per se certainly "significant, ... enough to deserve attention or to be recorded". The challenge is now, that there seems to be editors among us who would like to remove this article. They argument e.g. that "This person is, apart from their huge stack of potatoes, entirely dull." and "I don't see much that supports GNG, other than inclusion in some lists of billionaires. When you see a mundane wedding announcement in the New York Times as a reference, you know sources are scarce. She seems to have kept a low profile: no scandals, wild behavior, major philanthropic efforts, etc." Still there are articles of male billionaires like Lukas Walton with less content, at least if position/leadership/professional participation is some criteria, and if references have some importance. It should be noted that The World's Billionaires by Forbes and Bloomberg Billionaires Index are generally considered to be well known public listings of billionaires. Comparing current version of Valerie Mars, subject to potential deletion - and Lukas Walton, without such risky status, one could really question the neutrality of article acceptance policy genderwise. --Paju~enwiki (talk) 01:53, 8 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
